Unfortunately I think its impossible to really get a LO to understand why mummy can't do everything she used to. With this pregnancy I was still having to carry the kids at some point.

Like LMS, we had far too much tv on my really bad days, but most of the time you just have to do what you can, rest when you can and take any help on offer.
