thats what i think.. im a pump classer or a rpmer normally (if they are words hahaha) so i have tried aqua once and figured that id give it a go.. since its low impact and its three times a week at my gym so i thought that would be great mixed iwth walking on the other days.. i mean i sit down at work every day (property) and i get sick of it.. and carry my weight around my legs so i would love to tone them b4 summer really hits!!!
my cousin was a runner b4 her preg and continued until she was 4 mnths.. then walked.. and her labour was soo much easier because she excersised.. im not suggesting to run or do pump but i thought that i could at least do lower impact stuff.. so now that uve said that ill give it a go tonight hehehehe im excited! xoxox

i def believe it helps with labour...
also if you regularly do pump you can sometimes continue with this (maybve ask your dr) with lower weights and some mods... tell the instructor you are preg.
I would stayaway from RPM, as it gets heartrate v high...

ask your dr about the exercise, but usually unless your having threatened miscarriage (which it doesnt sound like ATM) its fine to to the same type of exercise youwere doing, normally at lower intensity or impact.

I started aquanatal classes last monday and I love them.
