Yeah I have exact same thing I've just kinda had to survive And work around it and improvise it helps dh helps a lot but we have basic meals I can make in segments so I can rest frequently while making them , I have built a playroom for ds so I can rest on couch in there and know he's ok and won't need constant watching I figure the housework isn't going anywhere and will still be there later so I do what I can on a good day
