I have been worried as I have had 3 m/c in the past 12 mths. My Ob has said no exercise (besides your boring walking etc) I'm hoping he changes his mind after 12wks as I want to be fit enough for the birth.
In the mean time I have been taking dd to the pools & we have been practising her swimming, which allows me to exert some energy every now & then.
