Hi all, I guess I should introduce myself first! I'm Juliette from the South Burnett in QLD. 6 weeks and 1 day pregnant according to Wednesday's ultrasound.

According to when I thought my LMP was, I should be just over 7 weeks, but the ultrasound measurements estimate my dates to have been a week out (and it's possible I got it wrong!).

Anyhow...this is my first pregnancy and I'm sooo excited....and worried....all at once.

I had my scan just to let me know that everything was ok....The baby was 2.4mm CRL and had a good strong heartbeat of 121 bpm. Does anyone know what this means in terms of the chances of the baby being ok and the pregnancy continuing? I have just read so much about how delicate and tenuous the first trimester is....as excited as I am, I can't help being a little bit scared too...
