Crapy foods are ok occasionally. Keep away from soft cheese, liver, salty foods, large fish. And perhaps a few others that I cant think of off the top of my head.
Try to eat red meat, leafy green vegies, and fruit. Also try to drink 2-3 litres of water a day. Make sure that you eat a well balance diet. Just think moderation.
