Hi girls, I'm sure there's been heaps of threads on this but I'm asking again just for fun What are your cravings?
In the 1st week I wanted pasta
Then nectarines and oranges
I've also craved numerous things for an hour of so but don't really count them.
The other thing which I have felt like pretty often is coffee and I would probably only have 1-2 coffee's per year! I have not had any coffee though and wont either
I didn't really have any cravings, more aversions early on. For a whole week i couldn't eat anything liquidy or mushy like stew or soup, made me wanna hurl, i needed stuff i could sink my teeth into, like steak.
But then the next week the smell of cooking meat made me sick and i lived on cup-o-noodles, not the most nutritionous ill grant you but the only thing i could stomache.
The only things i have really craved have been super cold icy drinks like slurpees (again, not real healthy) but that could just be cos its summer. And milk, great big icy cold glasses of milk.
Oh and i had a sip of champas at my BIL wedding, sucked though cos then i just wanted to drink the whole glass LOL
Oh Jellymaker I did go through a bit of a milk phase for 2 weeks but I didn't think of it as a craving, more what I felt like I also wanted icy poles for a couple of weeks too ... I did not have any wine bubno
I craved potatoes with cheese, butter and salt, steaks(but found it near impossible to find one I actually enjoyed), salada's with cheese, tomato and salt (lots of salt), lots of other salty things, fresh fruit and vege's by the bucket load. Not all at the same time, I went through phases
I went off pretty much everything sweet or anything with alot of sugar, ie chips.
I often wondered if my body was trying to tell me what I needed to eat?
