Thread: Wheat pack's safe?

    Default Wheat pack's safe?

I have been quite uncomfortable in the abdomen area - not cramping as such just uncomfortable and witha slight back ache. Are wheat packs heated in the microwave safe to use in the first trimester as pain relief?

my doc said they were ok to use , if you are usuing them on your tummy dont have it really hot , just warm to take the edge off ... other wise its better to use on your lower back ... i have used a heat pack since day one , and go to bed with one on my lower back most nights ...

use it lightly in the early weeks , or check with your doctor ...hth

    oh and congrats
