when am i in trimester 2?

I've reached 12 weeks today! When do you fall into trimester 2?? From what week? Different sites/people are all stating different points of view, which has left me confused! I hope you can help me on this matter.

Hee hee don't worry about sounding silly, took me forever to work out what DH stood for

Some books say it is week 14, but it makes more sense to be 13 (as 13 x 3 = 39).

I always thought it was 14 weeks??!!!!! Even here on BB it says the second tri is 14-26 weeks! That means I spent one more week in the first tri than I had to, bummer !

i think they mean the 14th week of pregnancy making it 13 weeks???
