I have a tendancy to agree with Sez on this. Although it's a personal thing. I have myself always operated on the "honesty is the best policy" saying. I've even been known to tell a boss that I like to be honest and up front and that is what I like in return...lol. When it comes down to it though, go with your gut feeling, you will know what is the right thing and WHEN it's right to tell. In my opinion, if you are the right person and obviously you are if they hired you, then they will be understanding. Good luck with your job
