Well I have only 2 boys, but M/s was totally different with both.

DS1 - Mild M/s. Vomited 2 times a day, but could still function as normal.

DS2 - Extreme m/s. Vomited 8-10 times per day. Could not function as normal or look after my DS1. Hospitalised for dehdyration and Dr ordered me not to shower alone in case I collapsed. Had to quit work. Everyone thought this had to be a girl. Wrong!

I dont have a DD, but because my sickness was so different I dont think it really has anything to do with gender. I'll be interested to see how bub3 goes. Please no more M/s!!
