I agree with the other gals. It is probably just ligament pain but I would phone your care provider just to double check. I've phoned them for all sorts of things so don't feel you can't call.
I get period type pains a lot with this pregnancy, but they are associated with my BH's and suspected irritable uterus, though I did have 2 real contractions the other night after those period like pains - thankfully nothing came of them - so I just have to keep a record of when I get them and how often for my midwife.
