Don't know if it helps, but my DD1 was a busy kicker in utero and I had a low lying placenta, so I could feel EVERYTHING! She would kick up a storm if I did something as simple as lean on the desk in front of me. DD2, I had an anterior placenta and she was much, much quieter. My m/w told me a figure, but it wasn't as many movements to note as I would have thought. If you (get the chance to ) lie down for half an hour, you'll probably feel enough movement to settle your mind (they don't need to be vigorous kicks, just movement). I notice too that both DD2 and this bubba tend to wriggle into a position when I lie down on my side and then stay there (clearly, they get comfortable). This bubba is much more like DD2 but I have a posterior placenta, so I do feel a bit more than DD2.

On the outside, DD1 has ants-in-her-pants and can't sit still. DD2 is nowhere near as twitchy. So maybe this bubba is not quite as restless as your other children?

Is there anything else going on that would make you feel anxious about this pg? I know I worried a lot more when a close friend lost a bubba while I was pg with DD2.
