Hello!!

Last pregnancy I gained a massive 20kg and looking back at photos I cannot believe how big I looked Some could have been from swelling and fluid retention but I know that I did not eat as healthy as I should have in the first half so I piled on the kg's real quickly!

This time round, I don't want to go down the same path, I want to be able to look at my photos and think YES I looked amazing! Not shudder because I looked fat. I know that gaining weight is unavoidable, but I want to keep it within the healthy range for my current weight and height, which is 11-15kg.

I've been working closely with my Personal Trainer for a year now and am going to continue with him during this pregnancy and I am going to push past those days where I do not want to go to the gym because of whatever reason. Lucky for me, so far my prgnancy has been amazing - no sickness and loads of energy so I hope it stays like this!! I am not even 6 weeks so I know it can change, but I still want to be able to stay on the track of achieving this healthy pgncy.

So, who has managed to keep the weight an a minimum the second time round? Was it easier because you learnt from your 'mistakes' the first time round? Is there any one else out there that want to achieve a healthy pregnancy with me??
