i have no idea how far along i am yet until i book in a dating scan. But the twins are 11 months old and i have a dull annoying cramping, like stretching pains.
Because i still have muscle seperation and still internally i guess weak from having 2 squished in there not long ago do you think its going to be more noticeable?

prob a silly q but just thinking about it as the cramping is annoying me because it doesnt hurt and isnt bad but there itms
