Unhappy All my muscles Hurt - should they??

    Morning,

    Stress head me again!

Over the last few days I have had muscle soreness EVERYWHERE - my bikini line area hurts, my lower ab hurts , the muscles in the side of tummy hurt, my boobs hurt, my rib cage hurts and my back HURTS!

I find my pubic area muscles hurt when I get up and down and walk abit.

Would this just be bub growing so more stretching?? Bub is still kicking and wiggling so Im sure he/she is ok. Cant help worrying though.

    Anyone else got these pains??

    Love
    Kate

It is definately just muscles stretching as bub takes up more and more room hun. You might find that some gentle stretching exercises like yoga, pilates or even aqua aerobics can really help with the tightness. Good luck!

Hi, yep just the muscles, im finding i have the same thing this time around a lot earlier on i was kinda concerned about twins as im popping really early but U/S confirms its just one. I found when was pg with my DS that getting into a pool was an amasing feeling it holds all the weight for you and eases the muscle pain. if you have the availability to it i really reccomend it. a bath dosnt do the same thing coz you arnt floating enough. Also another thing you can try that was reccomended to me by a doctor is a massage pillow just one of the ones that vibrate they really work because they numb your skin and confuse the muscles into thinking there is no pain and the best part is they are completely safe during pregnancy. Good luck i hope you find some releif for the pain.
    Have a great day

I hear you Kafer, I'm a big bag of aches at the moment and I'm sure it's just the relaxin being released. It doesn't help that the belly is so huge that I can't sit upright or bend over lol.

Am off to see the osteo today as my pelvis is out and need that corrected before to long.

    Good luck with it all

Definitely things stretching and baby making some renovations! As the other girls have said getting into the water doing something like aqua aerobics is great, makes you feel weightless. You could also try a relaxing warm (not too hot) bath!
