In my last trimester my midwife couldn't believe that my BP was 70/40.. She couldn't believe I was still standing! I have low blood pressure all the time though, usually 90/60. I rarely feel dizzy though...

sorry to hear your feeling average. i have had low blood pressure since about week 15 of my pregnancy and i also have low iron levels and an high pulse rate (99-105bpm resting) so i tend to get puffed out putting a load of washing on!! my MIL who is a midwife recommended red meat, powerade or gaterade and low impact exercise as other people have said. the powerade and red meat have helped me but i have to say im not sure if the exercise one works![]()
hope it gets better!
Yep and its a yucky feeling. Hope you feel better soon xox
