I hat to say it, but is it possible she's making it up? If she's been trying for so long and she's so hopeful? esp as she knows you're pg. I don't know, but unless it's PGD or she's psychic, she's not going to know the sex yet and for a July baby, she would only have just tested positive. Doing the maths, for her to have a July baby, assuming it's due 1 July and her cycle is 28 days (big assumption), her LMP would be 24 Sept 09. Making another assumption of a 14 day follicular phase O day would be 7 October. So today she'd be 12DPO.

So she could have tested early or had an early ovulation or whatever. Or maybe she meant June or something. I don't want to disparage your friend, but she might be dreaming it up.
