Just letting you know that Aidyns head was 37.5cm when he was born (which is in one of the top percentiles for circumference) and it took me only 20 mins of pushing, and I didnt tear, or need any intervention to get him out... all thanks to the guidance of my midwife when pushing. So its quite possible to birth a large head without complications!
