I had a wrap too, a midwife just gave it to me in the hospy after I had DD when I mentioned my after pains were troubling me. They also use it on CS mamas to keep the stitches in place. I loved mine DD was my first birth so nothing to compare it to but my tummy went flat pretty soon after and it did help with the after pains a little. I wore it for about 8 weeks just to be sure!
