Best time for a 3d/4d scan?

Just wondering if anyone can tell me the best gestation to get a 3d/4d scan done??

I want to try and organise one, I have a referral and will be 27wks at the end of this week.

That was one of the responses I got today, but then the next phone call the lady told that was too late!? (But then again she told me that the centre she is at doesnt fo them anymore, even though I rang them back and was offered an appt this week)

I got a 3d scan last time at 28 weeks and she was so cute! I'd wait until at least 30 I recon. They are more chubbier then

We had one with DD at 30 weeks and it was awesome at that gestation

I had one at 28 weeks with DS2. It was amazing!
