First pregnancy I only had a bit of dizziness and put it down to stress as I was about to be in a wedding party. But apart from that I had nothing and didn't know I was pregnant. Then I ended up being 4wks further into my pregnancy than what we actually thought going by the first u/sound. So definitely no major symptoms for me.
