Just keep looking after them really well, don't be put off by the bleeding and be scared to clean thoroughly (but gently ). You might need a few visits to the dentist for proper scaling to make sure it doesn't get out of control. It's perfectly safe to see the dentist for that sort of thing during pg, and it really is a good idea to keep your mouth in good shape.
