Reet - my HCG at 5wks+5 was 15,560, so I am surprised that your nurse thinks your that far along? My HCG at 4w+3 was 479.1 It may have been twins and you may be losing one. I have heard of that before. Still getting AF but still being pg. I think only a scan will tell you why your bleeding. Not too sure if you would be able to see bubs yet, but maybe the cause of bleeding since you are pg. Congratulations on being pg

It sounds a bit similar to when I lost DS's twin, the bleeding eased after a few days. But I spent those days lying down which you don't get to do with a toddler! Remember it is really common to bleed in early pregnancy, are you getting follow up bloods to see what the levels are doing? I *need* to know everything that's going on with my pregnancy/ies so I get why you really want the information. I only relax with a list of results/scans in my hand
