Does anyone know if Boost Juice (in particular the Mango Magic) is safe to have. I know that soft serve ice creams are on the 'no-no' list, but I'm unsure of the ingredients of the smoothies.

Don't know about the smoothies (I always go with the crushies because they're non-dairy), but I noticed that the supermarket/packaged Boost Juices have vitamin A supplements.
Not sure though what the level of vitamin A in them is, but you're supposed to avoid supplementary vit A during pregnancy because excess levels can be dangerous. Natural vitamin A is fine though - you shouldn't have any problems from eating carrots!
Mmm, thinking about it is making me thirsty...
i didn't have the milk based ones (cause i don't do fruit and milk together) but used to have the juices with out the "boosts" eg the energiser boost etc.
As long as you don't have the supplements Boost Juices are fine.
supplements - that's the word I meant with the term "boosts"- thanks Sarah - was having a bit of a memory block
Jaspen, I've been known to get funny looks when asking for a juice with no boost LOL!
Yep I loved the Mango Magic's while I was pg with DS3, I use to have at least 2 per week. They use frozen youghurt so it's fine.
hugs xoxo
