Thanks guys, i guess i am being a bit silly thinking this one will come early.. after all i guess he'll come when he's ready be it early or late i thought maybe the groin pain is because of everything being a bit lose down there after DS. Like Trillian said it kind of feels like things aren't 'held in' as well this time IYKWIM
I guess the one thing i can count on is that bub will be here in the next few months either way

Yep, exactly - have you ever known a woman to stay pregnant forever?

With DD (now 12 weeks old) i remember at 30 week appointment i was told bubs head was very low down but not quite engaged.. I was shocked although felt like bubs was falling out. The MW at the hossy told me that she didnt think i'd make it to 40 weeks. After having DS (#1) at 43 weeks i was glad to hear that i wouldnt be overdue...

AT 34 weeks i was told bubs was engaged... YAY (or so i thought) by 36 weeks i was told bubs had dis-engaged .... I was shocked.. never knew bubs could dis-engage. The MW said it was ok and bubs would probably settle back down and that i needed to rest up... (we were moving house, i was still working etc)

I tried everything i could to help bubs come early but in the end was induces 10 past my EDD... A friend of mine due the day after had no signs of being early, was terrified about labour anf there fore not trying to make bubs come early... No sex, no RLT tabs etc... she went 3 weeks early...

Bubs comes when u least expect it... I'd say definatly prepare for 42 weeks...
