From what I can gather, it should be fine. Your sis is not applying the oils on her skin and they are also not really essential oils that you need to worry about in pregnancy. I love those mozzie sticks, we use them all the time! Very effective

it will be fine. Just being pregnant the smell might be abit much for her to handle but safe wise im sure it will be fine.
