Wow and I thought my body was strange at around 6 months!! It seems a lot of us podged up around then! I was able to wear my prepreg jeans before that then I couldn't!! Of course now I can't but for well quite obvious reasons!

SB, how you get a BFP soon!!

blame the podge on BB! Since BF I sit here on this computer reading threads, then Ashton finishes feeding but I am only half way through my new threads! So I sit here a bit longer then before I know it an hour has past! So I blame you all!

Hmmm. I think I might get another one then. As per usual, I just knew I was so got one of those "early detection" ones, but the line is so faint that DH didn't believe me that it was positive. I like having a nice deep positive one for the baby book.

SB, I got a bit more of a 'podge' after 4 or 5 months, and I was almost down to my pre-pg weight before that! Sadly, I've never made it back down there Seems we're not the only ones though, I wonder why that is?????

My tummy is more out now than it was post delivery I looked GREAT for the first month but now just feel flabby. And I weigh less than pre-preg (although that is more than it should be) The gym has been revisited!!

SB - it is good to see you are doing so well

LoL yes i blame BB and facebook too!!! lol Although since moving- i am now walking distance to town (a very new thing for me) and i have been walking alot- but i guess that doesnt help the belly much!! lol

So i guess now i am officially TTC.. hmmmm i will have to bulk buy some tests lol as AF still hasnt arrived yet- i have no way of really knowing what my cycle is doing!! lol I know its possible to fall again before she does rear her ugly head (HOW cool would that be!! No AF for YEARS!!!) so i am assuming i can still ovulate so i will have to test regularly to check!!

Michelle... Its wonderful to see Edna arrived safe and sound!! xoxox

So you got me curious and I have lots of leftover tests, so I went and did one: the second line came up right away.

I'm 32 weeks today, so I guess that the hormones don't go down enough by now to make the tests not work.

I did hear a story recently of someone who thought she might be 6 weeks pregnant and went to get an ultrasound to be told she was 26 weeks! Can you imagine?! I don't think I'd be able to adjust to that idea fast enough to cope - it's bad enough having a full 9 months to get used to it...

I know what you mean about not wanting to go to the doc's. A friend of mine asked me to get a POAS from Woollies for her....I was 35 weeks pg with DD1!
Being only a size 8 then, the pg was pretty obvious! So I felt like a real tool!
Can you imagine the thoughts going through the check out chikkies head??

Hope you do get your soon

I will add that about that time as the baby moved onto solids i did start putting on weight cause while i was bf i could eat whatever, as baby weaned i was still eating the junk and so a few kilos crept on. So you might find if baby has taken to solids well that you are just not giving as much milk and therefore not buring all teh extra energy.
