If you're coughing because you have stuff in your chest, see your pharmacist about which mycolitic cough medicine you can use. Mycolitics (bisolvon, for eg) break up the phlegm so that instead of coughing 20 times, you cough twice and it comes out. But you will need to check it's suitable for use in pregnancy.

Good old hot drinks with lemon juice and honey will help, as will resting, keeping warm, and allowing your marvellous body to heal itself.

health food shop or some chemists but the only one that I use religiously is olive leaf extract australia its got a yellow label on it, I don't trust the other ones oh and get peppermint flavour as natural is a bit eeeeeeeeeew and the pepermint masks the taste lol

I used to get bronchitis a lot as a kid, and I'm a reformed asthmatic (I quit ) here's a tip for a lingering cough that simply won't go away:

Asthma preventer inhalers are absolute gold. I find that (if your doc will give you one) a puff of that twice a day for a few days completely knocks a lingering cough dead. Just like magic.

I used to get sick soooo often when I was underweight and I always ended up with a cough. Have still been sick since I gained weight but just ordinary colds and flus, nothing lingering or awful.

I grew out of mine at about 28 - not as young as you're hoping I'd say I bet! It was when I gained weight, so hard to tell if I grew out or just needed the weight. I haven't had an asthma attack for over 5 years, it is great

Some people get overweight and their health suffers, some people go underweight and their health suffers. Can't just discriminate against bigger folks now, can we ...

Drink heaps of water, with a bit of lemon in it if it helps. But, yeah, just loads and loads of fluid.
    Rest. A lot.
I also swear by dried cranberries, I dunno why, but they can't hurt, right?
Eat loads of vegetables. Fresh ones. Get someone to make you an enormous pot of vegie soup.

They all sound really simple, I know, but it's from a family who does this all the time and never gets sick. Well, we do, but the sickness never takes hold.
