Capsule or Carseat?

I'm not sure how to create a poll ~ perhaps the mods could do it for me?

Second baby - capsule or carseat?

First time round I wasn't sure because I'm quite small and I think i would have struggled to get a (traditional ~ hired from ambulance) capsule in and out of the car....so we bought a carseat.....

But it sucked if DS was asleep and there were times I wished I hadve had a capsule....

If you had a capsule, did you ever wish you had a carseat?

I was just doing a search on capsules not 5 minutes ago!

I am going to go for a capsule again for the newborn because I am in and out of the car for kindy drop off/pick up for DS as well as other activities in between for DD and it seems unfair to be waking a (hopefully!!) sleeping baby all the time.

Capsule, capsule, capsule for my second all the way.

I paid the extra and hired a Maxi Cosi capsule. It came with the clips for my pram so the issue of having to carry it everywhere isn't an issue.

Capsule all the way.
Get a 'new' style one, that goes in a pram, it is a lifesaver. My eldest is at kinder, so requires getting in and out for drop off, which is a PITA if you have to wake and disturb a NB for the 10mins it takes, plus you don't want to have to get out a pram etc... just a PITA lol
They are easy to get in and out, smaller and less cumbersome than the old school ones, and I put it on the side, not the middle, anyhow.
DD is only JUST growing out of hers now at 4.5 months, width wise, but lengthwise she could be in it til 6 months.
Totally adore my capsule!
