I read somewhere the other day that clary sage can help to induce labour, is this true? I've heard you rub it on your tummy and its meant to bring on contractions is that right?
Has anyone used it and did it work? Oh and where do you buy it? Does it have to be diluted at all?
I'm just looking into natural induction methods just in case i need them if i go over my Edd because there is NO way i'm getting induced again (well not if i can help it anyway )
