Clotrimazole Foot Cream

I just brought some of the Canesten Clotrimazole Athletes Foot Cream.. and, was wondering if it is safe to use while preg? I got it from the supermarket, so, couldnt ask at the chemist.
Any ideas?

It's the same stuff as in the thrush treatment my OB gave me while I was pregnant, so I would certainly say that's a yes.
