    I have no idea what nurofen will do in early pregnancy I just know it can be very dangerous for bub if taken in late pregnancy. I had a few drinks before I knew I was pregnant as well. I wouldn't worry to much about it though.

    I would go and see your GP for a pregnancy test in that case...and explain your worries to him/her.

    I've heard so much conflicting advice in regards to Nurofen. It's probably best to discuss it with a GP. I had a similar problem when I discovered I was pg and marched off to my GP with a long list of bad things I'd done/taken LOL!

    I was told last week that you can safely have Panadol and Panadine but Nurofen is not something you should be taking whilst pregnant....he did say why but i can't remember...sorry!

    In late pregnancy it can affect an important blood vessel in the heart causing it to close to early leading to heart problems if not detected, but I don't know about early pregnancy.
