Cold sausages, yes or no?

We had sausages for dinner last night and I really want to eat one for lunch, cold. Is this a no-no? I really really ant one lol

Did they go straight into the fridge once they were cooked? If so I'd probably eat it even though the "official" answer is probably no lol

I wouldn't hesitate to eat cold sausage, as long as it's not been left out for hours, just like any other food.

i think 'they' advise against it. but i ate them. i LOVE cold sausages. it was one of my 'never ever going to give up' foods. (altho i did stop smearing them with blue cheese as a comprimise)

Thanks guys. I ate one with tomato sauce and a bit of salt yummm I prefer them cold and felt I just had to have it!! TT40 I've never had one with blue cheese though, not a combo I had ever considered lol I think that was a good compromise though

Now I want cold sausages... my butcher makes the best chicken sausages. hmmmm might go buy some, cook them, and put them straight in the fridge
