Question Cot linen, sheets, quilt sets etc Where did you get yours?

So Ive been searching & searching for some nice cot linen, but I give up! I can usually sniff out an online bargain in the blink of an eye.

Everythings either soooo pale, or its overly BOY or GIRL. Id love something bright & not terribly gender specific as we are renting & wont do anything to the walls in bubs room. Any suggestions on where to look? Or if you love yours where did you get it?

On another note how much do you need? And of what exactly?

    Google Bright Bots.

They also had a factory outlet in Stafford, if you live in Brisbane.

Ebay has some funkyish ones if you're after cute prints but other than that the whole world thinks babies need pastels
What about dying or making your own?
I only ever used the top sheets as wraps when DD got bigger, so I think they're useless, and all the sets come with pillowcases....for what reason I don't know I always just bought individual fitted sheets as mine was wrapped a long time. We got by with just 3 sheets.

Mine is mostly from Target and spotlight, but that said, he only has a bottom fitted sheet and nothing else when he was really little he was wrapped and then we used sleeping bags.

I've seen bright stuff on ebay. Etsy might even be an idea for something a bit spesh. I just got white mostly. Which gets filthy in winter, but turns out okay once I can get some sun on it.

Totally agree! Drives me nuts! And it's so hard to find just a fitted cot sheet on its own In saying that I did get a set of two plain white fitted cot sheets at Target yesterday for $10 I have no idea why they don't have the funky colours in sets like that though.

DD has a cute ladybug set which came as single items (yerhar!) from BigW. I bought another couple of Kids Line loose items (which go beautifully with her ladybug set) from a baby shop. The set I bought before she was born is a jungle theme and I got that from a baby shop too. The brand is Lambs & Ivy and it's gorgeous but it was crazy expensive and I couldn't use half the stuff that came in the set!!

Definitely go individual items if you can. We only really use fitted sheets and a nappy stacker. We have the quilts to match but they only go on randomly, like when we have visitors
