Smile Could I be pregnant this early?

    Hi Guys,
My Partner and I trying for another baby. I stop taking the pill on Tuesday the 12th of this month, so we pretty much been at it since then (apart from yesterday and today). By my calculator I am ment to start ovulation today or tomorrow (not 100% what day but its one of those) which is saturday.
A nurse that I was talking to said that the pill will be out of your system within 24 hours of taking my last pill.
Any way I went to the toilet this morning and seen that I was bleeding. It isn't heavy, very light. It only lasted for about an hour.
I Read on an american medical website that implatation bleeding can be one of the earliest pregnancy symptoms about 6 to 12 days after conception, the embryo implants itself into the uterine wall. Some women will experience spotting as well as some cramping.
I did have some cramping yesterday. It was the cramp you get when you have your period but my period isn't due until another two weeks away.
I know that its only been 4 days today since starting but does anyone think I may be pregnant?
I did bleed all the way through my prgnancy with my first child but it was only spotting and it happened about 5 to 6 times but it didn't start until I was about 3 and a half months.
If anyone out there could give me some advice or an answer that would be great.

if you stopped taking the pill only a few days ago, you're probably having a withdrawal bleed. once you have that bleed, you would then be HOPING a normal cycle returns - it's not always the case though. sometimes it can take a few months for the body to return to normal (whatever was normal for you)

even if you managed to ovulate since stopping the pill a couple of days back (highly doubtful), you wouldn't have signs of implantation til at least 6 or 8 days after ovulation

if you're not sure about tracking your cycle, check out the fertility friend website - should help you out a heap

    That exactly.

I think it's doubtful that you would be pg. Did you stop the pill on the last day of your sugar pill or just randomly? If it was just random, then it's a withdrawal bleed. If not, I'd say it would be much more likely that it's either a bleed from dtd or from coming off the pill and your body getting back into whack.

If you stopped taking the pill 3 days ago then to me it sounds like a withdrawal bleed (withdrawal from the pill) - way too early for an implation bleed as far as I know - could also be a "oh goodness we have been at it a lot" type bleed.

If I were you I would wait about three weeks and then if your period hasn't come then do a test.

Best of luck with your TTC journey
