it could be normal - you do get itchy and I was certainly itchier with my second than my first - but it can also be a sign of different conditions associated with pregnancy I believe so it may be worth getting checked out with a middie or GP.
I've been feeling really itchy recently and its getting worse. I didn't have this last time but i know the skin can become more sensitive. Is this normal? Its really annoying.

In most cases it is normal but there are a couple of problems that can cause itchy skin. I would suggest that you get it checked
I had a condition call PUPPS (can google it).. itchy stretch marks, i used to scratch them in my sleep until they bleed. Ice packs and cold flannels helped and cream/lotions can actually make it worse...
The itchiness is all over my body, i guess i'll make a dr's appointment.
I got an itchy belly kinda under where my boobs are with DS.. it kinda would sting a little.. but i was quite far long. Best to just get it checked i guess hun.
I couldn't get through at the dr's today, i'll try again tomorrow. I'm hoping its just the heat or something simple.
It is probably the heat but I stl think you should get it checked just to be on the safe side
Just as long as it's not intense itchiness on the palms of your hands and the soles of your feet. I had that, as you might recall, it's called Cholestasis. Sounds as though your issue is different. I mainly mentioned it incase other itchy mums read this thread... if you have itchy hands and feet see your doctor immediately! it's a high risk situation.
