    Determining gender at 12-14 weeks

Hi all, was looking this up as i had a scan at 12+2 today due to measuring 18.5 above pubic bone and was wondering if anyone has compared their scans at this time to what this site says and if it was true or false.....apparently im having a girl so hoping that doesnt change

I got told boy at 12 weeks, I'll tell you in just under 2 weeks what the 19 week scan says

From the photos I've seen in various books and sites of babies at that gestation, their genitals look pretty much the same so I wouldn't trust a 12 week "gender" scan too much. It's still a 50-50 chance anyway

I was told girl at my 12 week scan for my DD, the pictures looked so girly (even though you shouldn't rely on them at that stage) and of course the U/S tech was correct .

    Good luck!
