Can't find an appropriate section for this one so I'll stick it in here!

I bought two tops from "Ripe Maternity" recently - a nice brown one, to wear with my suit pants and also a black cardigan. I'd been struggling with what to wear to keep warm at work - corporate environment - given that I've got pants that fit and tops, but my suit jackets don't fit and don't match the pants!

So I shelled out $75 for this cardi from Ripe - its quite cute, black knitted, round neck, three buttons then open so the belly can grow with it, three quarter sleeves. Thought it'd keep me nice and warm while its still a bit chilly.

And it has, the four times that I've worn it. Then I put it on on Sunday and noticed some things - the knit covering the buttons is coming off one of the buttons, it seems to pick up every spec of dirt/cat hair/fluff from my niece's bunny rug/etc within a 50 mile radius, and, most annoying, it is already pilling (those little annoying balls where the fabric runs) under the arms and across the bust.

How ridiculous! Four wears and the button is coming apart and its pilling. For a $75 garment, I'd expect more!

To make matters worse, the brown top I am wearing today and have just noticed it is also pilling!!!!!

Dodgy quality - steer clear of Ripe, ladies!

Has anyone else experienced this??
