Does this sound like a pregnancy to you?

I had a regular period, started on the 24th of March, ended on the 28th. I had unprotected sex the day my period finished, but he didn't ejaculate inside me.
6 days after that I spotted a tiny little amount of blood and that was it.
6 days after that I had unprotected sex with the same guy and he didn't ejaculate in me that time either. 2 days after that I started spotting again for 3 days, 1st day it was a pink clear discharge, the 2nd day it turned red, then back to a clear pink discharge. Of those 3 days it wasn't enough for me to use a pad or tampon.
For the last 5 days I've had lower abdominal cramps, I've been extremely nauseous (with vomitting) and tired. I've also been having a "stitch" like feeling, the exact same feeling I had when I was pregnant (Before I knew I was pregnant) with my first child.
I had the lower cramps start 2 days before I was "due" to ovulate, and they are still happening so i'm not even sure if I ovulated this month, which is odd because I know when I ovulate every month, I get bad (but different to the pains I'm having now) pains. I'm also very constipated.
My body is usually so regular and on time, and has been for the last 13 years. I have legit never had an irregular period. The chances of me being pregnant are probably highly unlikely, but still possible. I just find it weird that this is happening after I've been having sex?
Has this happened to anybody? My cousin has 7 kids, and she swears that every time she fell pregnant the day she finished her period. I'm so confused ! I'm not sure for my period until another week, so I guess I'll just have to wait until then to see if I get my period, but I just wanted to know if this has happened to someone before? Or something similar?

It's possible.

The easiest way, of course, would be to do a pregnancy test. I found Digital Tests picked it up quickly, and so does First Response.

Withdrawal before ejaculation is is not a reliable way of avoiding pregnancy, as I'm sure you know. if you say you've never been regular then it's hard to tell, probably just grab a test and see. When is your period due?

Oops sorry I misread your post- you said you are regular! Sorry! Hmm the thing is, we all get wacky cycles from time to time even if we are regular.
