    Hope it passes soon xo

Maz, yesterday on the way to IGA I dry retched on the way there and 3 times while shopping. Once I grabbed my bag and pushed my trolley to the side and was heading toward the loos, but didn't end up needing to go.

Oh yes! I was a dry reacher/ great spewer. It is horrible, but I really didn't worry about runny to the toilet when I knew I had an empty stomach, too much effort!!!

I hope you're feeling better soon, there is nothing worse during pregnancy!

Yes, with this pg!!!! It's sooo gross, isn't it. I almost couldn't open this thread, because of the title..........I thought it might make me do it again and I've been mostly retch-free for about 2 months.

Thing is even when I have a full stomach I dry retch and hold down full meals! Just cut up some onions and that set me off, but I brought up my watermelon (noice!)

    Yes yes yes!!!

Ugh, sometimes I wish I'd just throw up instead of dry retching. I've had this daily since 5 weeks pregnant - and it hasn't gone away!!

    It's not pleasant hey?
