    Dull Ache/Heaviness in Diaphragm

    Hi there All

Just wondering if anyone has ever felt a heaviness in their diaphragm - kind of feels like I'm short of breath and I have an ache between the boobs at the top of my stomach - kind of makes me want to vomit.

Apparently this is normal but I'm curious to know how "normal" it really is - I've made the mistake of using the trusted Google and now I've freaked myself out totally - note to self probably shouldn't have read up on HELLP syndrome!! the pain isn't unbearable just constant and radiates to my upper/mid back

    TIA

Everything is shoved up into your diaphragm so its no surprise there is a sense of pressure in that area. Its probably just all your organs getting a bit cramped. I am only little and have felt this for weeks, but i just sit back and gently rub it with my hand and breath nice and slow and deep and think to myself that it wont be long and everything will be going back to where it belongs! Thank God humans are only pregnant for 9 months!
