Ergo sport, who has one? would you buy one?

Hi ladies,

I want to buy a baby carrier for when bubs is born that can be used from birth.
Bub is due before the heat of summer hits so needing something lightweight.
I'm not really a fan of one shoulder, would prefer balanced weight distribution.
Just wondering what you all think of the ergo sport?
Also off to Preg & Baby expo this weekend, will they have a stall where I might get a bargain?

I have had one.

Unfortunately Palmer has always hated carriers, no matter what I tried, so it only got used twice before I sold it.

It is rather comfy, and not uncomfortably hot, even in the Perth summer heat.

I believe there is a new model of Ergo now though, meant to be even cooler to wear than the Sport, so maybe look into thnat one?

I had the sport ergo and didn't totally love it for a few reasons. Because it was too hot was not one of them and I used it in the queensland summer time as well. I think there are better options out there in carriers

I have a sport - if your keen on an ergo I'd try out the performance ergo at a stand at the expo this weekend I've seen they are having some good bargains - the performance has a quick dry cool mesh so better for hotter climates..you should be able to try them all out too. Hth
