Hi I can understand where you are coming from as I was trying very hard to loose weight before falling pg and I am now concentrating on staying fit and healthy with this pg. I didn't do too much exercise in the first 12wks as I felt like crap. Now I have a treadmill, pilates for pg and there are aquaaerobics and some gym programs for pg people. I have been trying really hard to eat sensibly and I have managed to only put on 4kgs so far.
