Exposed to whooping cough
My boss has just informed me that he has tested positive for whooping cough, he's had it for about 4 or 5 weeks but has only just been diagnosed.
It appears that one of my colleagues (who I sit next to) may also have it, she's off to the doctors this afternoon to be tested.
I'm just wondering if I or bubs are at any more risk than a non pregnant person? Is this something I should be making my midwife aware of?
I'm really not sure if there's anything I should be doing now I know I've been exposed and in quite close contact with these people?
