    Ok - so you have to have a sense of humor for this one. But I had a friend who was expecting go as a "pregnant Nun" it was hilarious

    How about Wilson the ball from Castaway.

    Get a white shirt and paint the face on it where her belly would be. The belly is the ball!

    Does she have to/want to incorporate her pregnant belly into the theme? If not then she could go as anything really (if there is an outfit that would fit.

    Or, what about Father Christmas (from any movie)
    A pumpkin (from any movie that has halloween in it)
    A pregnant man (think the movie Junior)
