Lately i have been crying over the stupidest things. Everytime i watch a movie or a TV show i always feel the need to bawl my eyes out, not just at the sad bits but also at the happy bits.
As an example i watched Suddenly 30 this morning. At the bit where they are at the party and no one is dancing and Jenna gets the DJ to change the music to 'Thriller by Michael Jackson' and she started to dance, then everybody joined in i blubbered like a baby. And right at the end when Lucy stole her idea and gave it to Sparkle i couldn't help myself but cry myself stupid.
I was then watching The O.C and again couldn't help but tear up at many parts of the show.
But its not just those, i get all teary at work, especially if a customer has a crack at me. Yesterday a guy didnt like the box i picked for his wine and i felt like i was going to bawl my eyes out.
I know its my hormones but does it go away and is anyone else feeling the same.
It's hard because hormones are such a raging mess isn't it?!!!
It gets better, but if you feel it might be more than just teara, take yourself to see a counsellor and get your feelings and thoughts in the air as well... it will help you cope in moments like thos too.
i used to cry all the time.
Id forget to grab a drink before dinner.. and cry.
id hurt myself (like bang my arm) which didnt hurt at all.. and cry.
watch a sad movie.. id cry
a happy movie.. id cry.
see the huggies add .. id cry ( i still get teary LOL)
i was seriously shocking!!
and at work, id tear up ALL the time and everyone i worked with was super awesome and would step in if they seen me getting upset with a cranky customer or what have you.
It will pass, and it is all normal, you'll know within yourself what is serious. if it gets to the point where you feel its serios then you really should see someone.
xx
I cried aaalllll the time... sorry to say it continued on & off throughout the whole pregnancy, but did get better once bub was here. dang hormones... take heart in knowing it's pretty normal
Let the tears flow! I have learnt that there is no point in fighting it DH only has to look at me the wrong way and I'm howling. And I'm not usually an overly teary person - emotional yes, but not often with the tears.
Like the other ladies said, just watch out for a change in how you feel generally and if you're down more than up then it would be a good idea to talk to someone about it. Otherwise, it's just those damn hormones
Good to know everyone! I never felt the slightest bit teary with DS, but this time, I have been bawling my eyes out at everything (the toilet paper ad with the cute labrador puppy of all things set me off this morning!) was hoping it wasn't a bad omen or anything!! Feel better now, might go have a little cry to celebrate!!
I have also been crying over stupid things,
if dh doesnt rub my back, i cry, i've been crying at pretty much every tv show and movie i watch, and I also cry over the news when i hear something bad has happened. I also cry if I dont like the weather forcast! We're not insane, just.. caring people
i was the same
i bawled at chrismas lunch when i loaded up my plate and then it fell off the bench i was so devo lol
theres probably a lot more to come i was like that when i got home from hospy after having him 2 so u have lots of fun ahead sorry u should be ok letting it out helps heaps
I just have my really emotional days where everything sets me off. I'm usually in a good mood and i will be feeling fine right up to starting to cry over something stupid and i have given up watching tv as i always cry.
