    fertility friend...

Hi all, am posting here but not at all wanting to fall pregnant. Just wondering who uses Fertility Friend online? I used it when I fell PG with my DD and it was excellent!! It didn't cost me anything and it actually interpreted when I ovulated etc. But I notice now, you have to pay? I think it is $45 for the year (US dollars) so works out to about $68 (AUD) I think.

I want to use it to cycle as I am no longer on the pill (and may I add feel absolutely wonderful being off it). It was causing to many side effects. I did look into buying the Contraceptive Kit by Francesca Naish (they also have a Conception Kit) but it's a bit expensive ($160).

So who pays and what did you pay? Thanks!

i started using it when we were ttc & i ended up getting a 3 month subscription to get the more detailed info. i thought it wasn't too expensive & the info was good. i ended up falling PG in this time so my VIP membership carried over to the pregnancy friend site. it had some good info on milestones - changes to the baby & your body each week - but once my VIP membership ran out this disappeared (i totally forgot about it!). however, i don't think i'll renew because this information (weekly milestones) is available elsewhere. whereas with the ttc i felt like it was a good resource & personalised in a way that i didn't come across on other site.

oh - i've just looked and on the pregnancy friend site they're offering 300 days membership for US$10 (now i feel a bit cheap for not wanted to pay lol). i can't seem to get back to the FF site to find out their prices but i think i paid around US$16 for 3 months - it wasn't much.

Like Sloane, I paid for the 3 months which wasn't too expensive and I found the information really useful.

I started charting my cycle in September when we started trying for our second bub and I randomly got a week's free membership which gave me predicted ovulation times and other things for the next few months so I saved that on my computer for later plus lapped up anything else I got for free for that time. Turned out we conceived that cycle so that was really handy.

That is so great you feel so good being off the pill. Good luck for your TTC journey.

Oh Tinsel, I am not trying to fall pregnant AT ALL! One is enough for us.

Thanks girls, might just get a 3 month membership I think!
