    hi there,

I had them all the time with Josh! Several times a day, sometimes for an hour at a time or more!!

    No rhyme or reason ...

    Hope all goes well

Peanut gets them allllll the time!! And if she is really low I feel it in my hoohaa which isn't the most fun feeling! But it's not a bad thing at all!! In fact it's good because it means bubs is learning to use their swallowing reflexes or something.
Don't worry too much about them!!

My DD got them all the time. I was told it was good for hubs inuetero as it's helping them to developed some reflexes.

Just remembered reading something that said babies who get loads of hiccups in utero can be very well developed neurologically too. Not sure how true that is or how reliable the evidence though!!

DS used to get them ALL the time, i used to find them annoying at times coz i couldnt stop them. he still gets them now and it seems he finds them equally annoying coz he gets very frustrated and cranky until they go away

Ive felt hiccups with all of my 3 pregnancies/kids. DS would get them about 3 times a day also. DD probably once a day. Have already started to feel them regularly with this baby too. Dont worry too much, i just look it like they are just practicing their swallowing.. so thats a good thing. They do get hiccups when they are born, nothing much you can do about it, but it doesnt worry them like it would you and me. They soon grow out of it.
