I am going to the phsio weekly and have been since 20 weeks - my hips are trying to fall off!

I still lay on my tummy BUT only while supported by 8 pillows. My phsio always sets me up and then makes sure she can get her hand under my belly - its ok for it to touch the bed but not for me to be resting on it. I dont want to squash bubs.

I had a preg massage the other week and they had a bed with the tummy section cut out for bellies! It was great. Far more relaxing than trying to keep the weight off my belly.
